REFUND POLICY

1. NO REFUNDS POLICY

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital goods and premium subscriptions, Crypto Wars does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any purchases made through our platform.

When you purchase a premium subscription or any digital content, you receive immediate access to premium features and benefits. Once activated, these services cannot be returned or refunded.

2. PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTIONS

Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or yearly depending on your selected plan). The following terms apply:

  • Immediate Activation: Your premium benefits are activated immediately upon successful payment
  • No Partial Refunds: We do not provide refunds for unused time in your billing cycle
  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time (see our Cancelation Policy), but no refund will be issued for the current billing period

3. DIGITAL GOODS

All digital items purchased with in-game tokens (including but not limited to skins, customization options, and power-ups) are non-refundable. These items are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once added to your account.

4. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

In rare and exceptional circumstances, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis:

  • Duplicate charges due to technical errors
  • Unauthorized transactions (with proper verification)
  • Service unavailability for extended periods due to technical issues on our end

To request a refund under exceptional circumstances, you must contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction. All refund requests are subject to investigation and final approval by Crypto Wars management.

5. PAYMENT PROCESSING ERRORS

If you are charged but do not receive your purchased items or premium benefits due to a technical error, please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate and resolve the issue by either:

  • Manually activating your premium subscription or delivering the purchased items
  • Issuing a refund if we cannot provide the service or items

6. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES

Important: If you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us first, your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation.

Filing fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

  • Permanent account termination
  • Loss of all purchased items and premium benefits
  • Possible legal action for fraud
