CANCELATION POLICY

1. OVERVIEW

You can cancel your Crypto Wars premium subscription at any time. Cancelation is simple, immediate, and can be done directly from your account. This page explains how cancelations work and what to expect.

2. HOW TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

There are two ways to cancel your premium subscription:

Method 1: From the Shop Page

  1. Navigate to the Premium page
  2. In the "Active Premium" section, click the "CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION" button
  3. Confirm your cancelation when prompted
  4. You will receive a confirmation message with the date your premium access will end

Method 2: Through Stripe Customer Portal

  1. Navigate to the Premium page
  2. In the "Active Premium" section, click the "MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION" button
  3. You will be redirected to the Stripe Customer Portal
  4. Click "Cancel plan" and follow the on-screen instructions
  5. Confirm your cancelation

3. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER CANCELATION

When you cancel your subscription:

  • Immediate Effect: Your subscription is set to cancel, but you will continue to have premium access until the end of your current billing period
  • No Further Charges: You will not be charged again, and your subscription will not auto-renew
  • Keep Premium Benefits: You retain all premium features (XP boost, premium skins, daily tokens, death protection) until the end of your paid period
  • End Date: On your subscription end date, your account will automatically revert to free tier

4. AFTER YOUR SUBSCRIPTION ENDS

Once your premium subscription expires:

  • You will lose access to premium-exclusive features (XP boost, daily token bonus, death protection)
  • Premium skins you purchased with tokens will remain in your inventory but cannot be equipped
  • Your account progress, stats, and non-premium items will remain intact
  • You can continue playing Crypto Wars with free tier features
  • You can resubscribe at any time to regain premium benefits

5. NO PARTIAL REFUNDS

Important: Cancelation does not result in a refund for the remaining time in your current billing cycle.

For example, if you have a monthly subscription and cancel 10 days into your billing period, you will not receive a refund for the remaining 20 days. However, you will continue to enjoy premium benefits for those 20 days.

6. REACTIVATING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

Changed your mind? You can reactivate your subscription at any time:

Before Your Subscription Ends:

  • Go to the Shop page → Premium tab
  • Click "MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION" to access the Stripe Customer Portal
  • Click "Renew plan" to reactivate auto-renewal
  • Your subscription will continue as normal on the next billing date

After Your Subscription Ends:

  • Go to the Shop page → Premium tab
  • Select your preferred subscription plan (Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly)
  • Complete the purchase process
  • Your premium benefits will be activated immediately

7. SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

Account Termination: If your account is terminated for violating our Terms of Service, your subscription will be canceled immediately without refund, and you will lose access to all premium benefits.

Payment Failures: If a subscription renewal payment fails, you will receive an email notification. Your premium access will continue for a grace period while we attempt to process payment. If payment cannot be processed, your subscription will be automatically canceled.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We reserve the right to modify this cancelation policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. We will notify active subscribers of any material changes via email or in-game notification.
